Kashmir FC went against semi professional side Real United who were by far the biggest challenge of pre season. Kashmir started of very strong passing and moving and testing the keeper on several occassions, Real united struggled to keep the ball and to get into the game with the first 30 minute the Kashmir keeper not even touching the ball. This was a very tight hard fought game and it seemed it would take a mistake of stroke of genius to break the dead lock. Unfortunatly the goal came from a apparent offside but the offical didnt blow for it and Real United went 1-0 ahead in the 35th minute. The score remained the same till half time. In the second half Kashmir started strong and was rewarded with a goal by Nathan Francis in thr 50th minute, the game continued to be a battle in the middle of the park and Real United had two goals disallowed for offside, Kashmir seemed to be tiring as it felt they were playing against 12 men with the lines man waving his flag for a off side at every opportunity but were able to keep battling away and making chances, the score line finshed 1-1. Another good performance from Kashmir showing passing and moving style of play, discipline, team work and working hard and battling in each game. Lets hope Kashmir can continue this form into the new season.
