4 try haul for Harry Normington and a brace for Joel Livock see Albion through to comfortable win over Batley Boys.
Harry Normington revelled in his new position of centre and came away with 4 tries as Albion overcame Batley Boys 36- 0 to record their second whitewash in as many weeks.
Joel Livock opened the scoring with the first of his brace as he took the pass off Will Halliday to scamper away to score. Halliday was involved again to put Normington over before Batley came back at Albion. Good tackling saw Joe Dearnley, Freddie Seavers and Harry Normington putting the big hits in to keep the visitors at bay. Good passing from Adam Gaunt, Alex Womersley and Bobby Darby shire helped create the next two tries for Harry Normington to claim his hat trick and Joel livock to get his second as Albion went in at the break 20 - 0.
Harry Normington jinked his way through from 25 meteres out to get his fourth before James Whitcombe opened up to scatter the defence and go over. Alex Womersley's good running was rewarded as he went over and Freddie Seavers went close but was held up just short. Adam Gaunt spotted a gap and scooted over from acting half to complete the scoring and see Albion seal the win. Freddie Seavers was Coaches choice for Player of the Match whilst Harry Normington was Players' Player and Joe Dearnley was Top Tackler.
