The club has now confirmed a number of articles that are available to order for all children and adults. They come with the club jacquard embroidered and can be personalised upon request.

The order forms are available below to download and print off.

There is an Excel version of the document that can be edited on your laptop. Add the quantities and the amounts will calculate automatically in the totals summary at the bottom of the document.

If you do not have access to the Excel application then there is a PDF version of the document that can be filled out manually.

Once completed the forms should be passed to the appropriate team manager for your age group for them to submit the order to our supplier.

The team manager for each age group are confirmed on the order form along with their contact details.
