Support for Nathan
Support for Nathan Cubitt’s Trust Fund has come from a wide variety of sources in the few weeks since his injury and hopefully many more projects will be organised in the months ahead to swell that fund
Obviously the gratitude of the Cubitt family and the Keighley club goes out to everyone who has contributed so far, but this week we are offering a special ‘Thank You’ to some friends from London who we did not know we had before word of Nathan’s accident found its way onto Facebook and Twitter.
It was through that medium that The Voyagers, a charitable arm of London Welsh RUFC, discovered Nathan’s story and their response was both immediate and heart-warming.
This week we received a cheque for £5,000, the biggest donation the fund has ever made, and we extend our immense gratitude to The Voyagers and their officers for their wonderful generosity.
