KENDAL UNITED JUNIOR FOOTBALL CLUB – COMMUNITY ROOM
Description
The community room is available to hire for meetings, funeral teas, art displays, fashion shows, birthday parties (by special agreement) and other events as agreed by Kendal Utd JFC.
There are 8 tables which separately seat 6 or can be joined together in any formation. There are seats for 48 (and extra benches which would seat another 12.) The main area is carpeted.
There is a kitchen area in the corner (which has tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge, cooker and microwave. There are utensils and basic crockery. This area has hard flooring.
It has an interactive white board for connection to a laptop and projector.
There is a television for use with DVD’s, and a DVD player.
Permitted hours of use are between 9am - 9 pm. Mon – Friday and 9am – 6pm at weekends.
There are toilet facilities with disabled.
There is a car-parking area that is for public use and one disabled parking space for users of Kendal Utd JFC.
The premises DO NOT have a licence to sell alcohol and it is a NO-SMOKING area.
Charges
£15 an hour, £25 for 2 hours, £10 per extra hour thereafter.
£5 per session charge for use of kitchen area.
£5 per session charge for use of TV and DVD.
£10 per session charge for use of white board and/or projector.
(Prices as at 1.9.11 – They will be reviewed every 6 months and may be liable to change at any time).
Concessions may be made for events of special interest and benefit to the local community and for regular hirers.
Concessions will be made for *members of Kendal Utd JFC.
(*a member is someone who has paid their annual subs and match/training fees for the year in question)
Please note that all hirers are required to abide by the terms and conditions.
