1. KCNC EST. 1949

Kent County Netball Club was established in 1949 making it one of the oldest netball clubs in the country.

Since that time the club has grown from having one adult team to having over 100 members whose ages range from 8 to over 60.

We also have strong links with the County Association and have had numerous players represent Kent at all age groups, including several County Captains.

Many of our players have gone on to represent England at Senior, U19 and U17 levels, as well as being selected by Superleague and NPL teams.

In the more recent past the Club competed in the England Netball Premier League. Since starting our junior club, both the U16 and U14 squads have been Kent County Champions, and gone on to compete amongst the top teams in the country at the National Championships.

Our junior and senior teams all compete at local level league, as well as in county, regional and national level competitions. Teams are selected on ability not age.

All our members are expected to be fully committed to the club, and to train hard. We play to win and encourage all members to develop their game and reach their full potential. Members are also encouraged to give back to the club by getting involved with coaching and umpiring, or other volunteer roles.
