England Netball decided that the development of coachesshould be through the nationally recognised UKCC qualification. Sonia and Liz both held the England Netball old Level 2 Award and this course allowed them to upgrade and to gain some continued professional development. Following a day and an evening in the classroom, both coaches were assessed as they delivered a session, and passed with flying colours!
