KCRFC Official Club Blazer

Dear Members,

Information regarding club blazer as attached. If you would like to order one then please complete the attached order form and ensure it is returned to Nicky Small by the 8th August as we will be placing an order then to ensure we have the blazers ready for the start of the season
The cost will be between £100 - £125 each depending on the quantity we get orders for
If you are unable to download the form, there will be some copies behind the bar for you to complete

The Poly/Cotton blazers will be in club colour's with the correct stripe width and will have the club logo on the breast pocket
Please make sure you put your name on the order form
