Senior Preseason Training will start on Tuesday 5th July at 7:00pm prompt.
Training Preparation
Please ensure you are changed and ready for the coaches at 7:00pm
Training intensity will be high from the second week and will remain high over the preseason period so please ensure you eat and drink correctly both before and after training.
Please ensure you bring the right training gear for both contact and non-contact. (Firm / Soft ground boots, trainers, Gum shields, Strapping etc...)
