"...its only a headache, i'm fine to keep playing..."

Following the RFU "HEADCASE" campaign, the KCRFC First Aid Officer Paul "Watters" Watkins (Under 7 and Micros Coach) will be presenting 2 awareness sessions on the subject of concussion.

The sessions will be highly interactive and looks at the causes of concussion as well as the importance of us all playing our part in the 4 R's - Recognise, Remove, Recover & Return.

The sessions are aimed at all ages, grades and skill levels - and are for Players, Coaches, Supporters, Parents and Officials.

There are 2 sessions planned - the first was Sunday 18th September, and the seconds is scheduled for Sunday 25th September 2016 - in the clubhouse at 1230hrs. the sessions run for 30-45 minutes.
