Two big matches for KCC with both the 1st and 2nd XIs at home, whilst the 3rd XI had a bye week!

With the 1st XI hoping to finish in 3rd place in Division 4 with the possibility of promotion, they needed a win at home to Charlbury CC, After reducing their opponents to 138/9 from their 45 overs with a good all round performance in the field, Edd Willmot (pictured) starred with the ball taking 4 for 38! Andy Oliver then struck a superb 61* ably supported by the in form Chris East 39* as KCC knocked off the runs for the loss of 1 wicket inside 34 overs!

In Division 7, the 2nd XI moved a step closer to promotion and the league title with a brilliant 82 run victory over Stonesfield CC. Batting first, KCC racked up 210/9 with a great knock of 73 from Graham Eagle as he found his form at the right time with a good knock of 44 from Nick Jeacock! KCC then secured victory with a brilliant team effort in the field as they bowled their opponents out for 128 in the 39th over with wickets being shared between all the bowlers!
