This Saturday at Yarnton Road Stadium for a Evo-Stik League match, here's our team news.....read on

This Saturday The Greens embark on the first of three home League Southern matches over the next 2 weeks.

This weekend the visitors are Egham Town FC from Surrey who currently occupy 9th place in the league table.

This season with Kidlington at step 4 of the football pyramid they have come up against many sides they have never faced before and Egham are certainly one of those. In football circles as in life it's nice to come up against and meet new opponents and this has certainly been proved to be the case this season.

Kidlington were without a midweek game, however last Saturday they had that excellent win at Northwood 4 - 2. This game will certainly be remembered as a good battling win, but more so for the 4 wonderfully executed goals, all scored by substitute Lewis Coyle. It was a virtuoso display from the 'Little Magician' and certainly set the tone for this excellent performance.

Kidlington Manager Julian McCalmon is still plagued with injuries and unavailability problems ahead of the match, especially as none of his long term absentees are likely to be back in the squad before the New Year. This week added to the injured players that will already be missing are Tommy Castle, Watheq Al-Hakan and Michael Alexis who are all unavailable for various reasons, whilst Jack Quainton is serving a suspension.

Team From – Warrell, Tetek, Flanagan, Franklin, Owen, Gabbidon, Osborne-Ricketts, Brooks, Coyle, E.Odhiambo, A.Odhiambo, Dunmall, Janes, Tooke & Harvey.
