Having played in the North Staffs league for the last few years the Kidsgrove Athletic U13 team will for the 2015/16 season be playing in the Potteries Youth League.
Commenting on the move, the longstanding team Manager Mark Swift had this to say -
"After a couple of seasons where we have won the league and back-to-back cups, we need a new challenge to continue the development of this great bunch of players. We feel with the likes of Abbey Hulton, Newcastle and Blythe Bridge that we are moving into the strongest league in the area and as with all levels of football you have to play the best to be the best"
