Minis Away at Staines 15/01/12
Hello Parents of the Cosmos, As you may be aware we have a game this coming Sunday.
Hello Parents of the Cosmos,
As you may be aware we have a game next week and we need to find out which Player’s are available to play or not. This is so we can inform the other Team as to how many are coming so they can ensure the have enough food and drink, also that the Coaches know how many Kids to plan their sessions for.
We need to know this by Wednesday.
We would also like to know the Travel arrangements so please take a few moments and let me know which one of the options is best for you, also if you are travelling in the convoy if you would have space to take another player.
I am afraid that I won't be around for this one as I am at Twickenham for a Coaching conference. But your child will be well looked after.
My child is available / Not available for the Match/Game on Sunday.
Meeting times are as follows:
Option 1 - 9.00am - leaving from Gladstone Park (Anson Avenue by the ground) in a car convoy.
Option 2 - 9.45am - meeting at Staines kitted up and ready to play.
Option 3 - I have arranged for my child to travel with____________________
