The women in sport week taster session was a huge success with over 20 under 15 girls turning up to try rugby and many vouching to come back again to make up the squad.

A massive thank-you to Kilburn Cosmos A team hooker Tom Ding for bringing along so many of his pupils from Ark Academy!

The girls had a wonderful day of fitness drills, competitions and learning to hit bags.

The ladies followed the session with their own training, a few pints in the clubhouse and then a trip to Allianz Park to support Saracens ladies against Worcester Valkyries.
