Pitch up & play

A cold crisp 10am start did not stop the ladies from kitting up and getting out on the pitch to learn some key rugby skills.

Fun was the aim of the session, and fun was what was had.There were girls from 8 to 40 years old joining in. Games were the focus of the session, each once focusing on developing a skill such as going forward, passing backwards, and communication.

The session lasted just over an hour.

A great success for Kilburn Cosmos, in particular for the U15 girls team which has been formed this season.
