The team trains twice a week:
- Fitness Training - Monday evenings 18.30 - 19.30 with Coach Paul Dunlop
- Wednesday evening 18.30 - 20.00 training with Paul / Rab / and Dougal.
Games are normally Sunday afternoon with a 14.00 kick off.
We welcome players of all ability. Our main objective is that the boys enjoy being part of a team and continue being active in Rugby.
