Hello Everyone
Hope you are all having a lovely break from hockey and being inspired by the Olympics to get super fit and win the trophy back this year and be promoted!!
Just a heads up so you are all ready and raring to go next week. We will be starting fitness next Thursday the 9th at South Milton Beach at 6.45pm. We will meet in the national trust car park just down from the beach cafe. It is important that you all make an effort to come so that the WHOLE squad is in peak condition for the start of the season.
Do not worry about your current fitness levels as we will scale what we are doing to suite everyone and it will be fun !!! It is however important that you all make an effort on improving your base fitness levels in your own time as one session a week will not make a huge impact. Long cardio sessions such as cycling, swimming and jogging are ideal at this stage, focus on building up the length of time you can go for at a steady pace. Any questions, give me a shout.
Please all bring your swimmers as well (don't panic if you are not a strong swimmer).
