This is a reminder that the AGM will be held on the above date. Only full adult members are allowed to vote but Associate, Junior and Mini members are also welcome.

Any full adult member who wishes to propose a change to the Constitution or wishes to put forward a motion to the AGM must have submitted this in writing to the Secretary by Friday 27th May 2016.
