Flying Dutchman Hits Ewhurst For 6
The firsts finished 2011 on a high with a 6 goal demolition of rock bottom side Ewhurst at Waterers Park. A hat-trick from tulip-muncher Bere Dumartin, a penalty each from Craig Ayton and James Fry and a goal from Gary Butler did the job as they cruised to a comprehensive victory.
The reserves went down 4-2 away at Lightwater United despite having led at half time thanks to 2 goals from Calvin Davis.
The A's had their County Cup game away at Woodmansterne Hyde postponed due to a waterlogged pitch so that fixture will roll over to 7th January and the B's had no game.
