The Knappers dominated early proceedings and were the better side in the first half with efforts from Josh Watkins, Jimmy Norman, Mark Watkins and Scott Costello all going close.

Costello soon limped off after suffering an ankle injury that could see him sidelined for 2-3 weeks and Matt Morris picked up a rib injury on the stroke of half time which saw the hosts take the lead whilst Knaphill were down to 10 men.

However Knaphill regrouped in the second half and were unlucky not to get something from the game which they deserved.
