A fantastic late strike from Spelthorne's Lewis Flatman secured all three points for the visitors in the Bank Holiday Monday fixture at Redding Way.
A Lee Staples penalty put the visitors in front in the first half and a Jimmy Norman penalty levelled matters for Knaphill in the second half.
However a wonder strike from Flatman on 89 minutes, enough to win any game settled the contest.
