Despite the narrow the scoreline it was a dominant performance from the home side which in truth the scoreline could of been greater in Knaphill's favour.

Efforts from Mark Watkins, Jimmy Norman, Josh Coke and Yassa Kabuye could of seen goals converted however it was Norman who put Knaphill in front. Free kick specialist Norman powered in a superb 25 yard strike which cannoned in off the post to put Keith Hill's side in front on 22 minutes.
Josh Coke the had an effort hacked off the line as Knaphill put the visitors under pressure but it was Redhill who were next to get on the scoresheet when indecisive defending allowed the Redhill forward to nip in at the near posts to draw his side level.

However 10 minutes into the second half Knaphill regained the lead and what a great goal it was. Good build up play by Timmy Taylor and Yassa Kabuye allowed Danny Taylor to finish off a fine move and register his first goal for the club.

Knaphill continued to pile on the pressure however a mixture of poor finishing, good defending and an inspired performance from Redhill's goalkeeper saw the scoreline remain but three points secured at full time.
