Knaphill's recent good defensive record was torn apart by North Greenford on Saturday with a 4-1 defeat at Berkeley Fields.
Despite a good start which should of seen Knaphill be at least 2-0 in front but for some fine goalkeeper from the Greenford number one, only a Danny Taylor goal five minutes before half time was all that The Knappers had to show for their efforts as three goals in five minutes before half time literally condemned Knaphill to defeat.
Greenford extended their lead early in the second half and Rob Kersley missed a penalty with the last kick off the game to sum up a miserable afternoon for Keith Hills side.
It has to be said that the manner in the way Knaphill folded was embarrassing, poor defensively, poor in midfield and poor in the final third and questions over some players ability to play at this level.
A stark contrast to the 2-1 win over second placed Bedfont Sports a week before.
