Pre-season Training dates

Training will start from Wednesday 4th June until Wednesday 9th July and will take the form of Touch/7's and general fitness training. Sessions will run from 7pm - 9pm. All levels of ability and ages are welcome from 16+.

From Monday 14th July training will be twice weekly (Monday and Wednesday evenings) and will be intensive skills and fitness based getting ourselves ready for the season. Everyone's aim this year is to try and bring a new player to the club. This can take the form of someone who hasn't played before or someone who has not been interested for a while and needs to get back into the game.
This is your club and to make it work we need everyone to be involved in attracting new/old players to the game.

The 2014/15 season will run from Saturday August 30th 2014 until Saturday May 23rd 2015.
