The U9's coach is Ross Courtney.

Training takes place at KPCC's ground on Sunday mornings, starting at 9.30am and running until 11am. The group is open to all children, girls as well as boys, in school year 4 or lower.

We ask that children have a reasonable ability to throw and coordinate, for the sake of the enjoyment of the whole group. We also ask that children are at least six years old.

Children in the U9s group are taught the basic skills of fielding, throwing, catching, batting and bowling. Coaching takes the form of a wide variety of fun games as well as informal matches within the whole group.

We require that at least one parent/carer per child stays on-site at KPCC during the U9s coaching session. We have a very comfortable clubhouse with an endless supply of tea and coffee, and plenty of outdoor seating from which to enjoy any sunshine and the splendid views of the park setting.
