Knebworth Park Cricket Club

With one of the girls missing through another commitment, there were still five U11 girls who represent Knebworth in the girls teams playing for Hertfordshire last weekend at Fairfield Hall against Suffolk. To have half the team from Knebworth shows the strength of girls cricket developing at the club.

The match was won by 120+ runs which showed how accurately the girls bowled and this bowling performance was backed up by their excellent fielding (which is becoming a bit of a trademark with the younger teams at Knebworth).

To continue the success in the girls section, we would love to see any new girls wanting to give cricket a go or girls with some experience who want to join a club where there is proven success and a set of girls with a great team/squad spirit.
