With a raft of new players joining the club in the closed season, this is the 2nd edition of New Loon Signings

Macrae Robinson (Condom) - Formerly of Causeway Bay in Hong Kong, Condom has moved over to the Loon for the new season. A big unit of a centre, Condom also offers back row in his playing repertoire. A pilot by trade, the big man has been ripping up the field during the off season Strongman sessions and will be a big presence in the squad this year.

Rory Hain - Although not new this year, the Hain train joined us towards the end of last season and immediately became a revelation with his character and ability. Fresh out of school in Australia, Rory has already represented Hong Kong at U20 level at his new found position of hooker and this season could be a break through year for lads from the Gold Coast.

Leon Wei - A big ball carrying front rower who has trained with Kowloon during study breaks from the UK, Leon is now full time with the maroon men. Already with Hong Kong A honours on the recent tour to the Philippines, the new panda will be looking to make an impression in his first full season in Hong Kong.

Henjo van Niekerk - Formerly of the Blue Bulls 2007 – 2010 and with South Africa U19 caps at the IRB World Cup 2005, Henjo joins Kowloon with a big reputation as a very physical athletic ball carrying second row with excellent lineout technique. He was understudy at the Blue Bulls to Victor Matfield and has also played for Venezia in the Italian Super 10 during the 2010-11 season and Currie Cup in 2011. At 200cm and 124kg, 2nd row Henj can't be missed on the field and has already shown his physicality in training with the maroon men.

Harry Edwards - Captain of Leeds University RFC last season, Harry joins Kowloon with great pedigree as an open side flanker. Fresh to HK a few days ago, Harry will be looking to make his mark on tour this weekend with the season only 2 weeks away.

Steele Williams - Finally a kiwi returns, after the departure of Mark lawson to Australia, the Loon get one back the other way as Steele joins us after a season in Melbourne. A silky skilled prop, Steele learnt his trade at Hamilton Boys High School in New Zealand and has shown some 'choice' touched around the park already in his short time in the country.

Rob Forrest - After studying and playing at Cardiff University, the flying winger Rob joins us for the 2012/13 season. From Bristol in the West Country, England, Rob will look to dazzle down the flanks with his pace and power this year.

The Sheriff - A cult, a fans favourite, the Sheriff, Sheharyar Ahmad from the best Business School in Pakistan has invigorated us with tales of rugby times gone by. The Sheriff will be continuing his rugby development with the Loon this year!
