By road and public transport

By public transport

The train station is Bath Spa. From the bus station to the left of the outside of the train station, you want to get a number 7 bus to Larkhall. Ask the driver to let you out at Larkhall Square, just past the Larkhall Inn. Walk back to the Inn and then turn immediately right across Larkhall Square, towards Brookleaze Buildings. Go up that one-way street (you'll be walking against the traffic), past the Oriel Hall on your right, and then straight ahead at the t-junction up the hill. It is quite steep! Just keep going straight up past a load of 1950s houses. After about 400 yards the houses stop; keep going straight up and after about another 100 yards or so you'll come to a funny little triangular junction. Plain Ham is to your right, just off the lane that joins the one you're already on. You can't really miss it from there but if you get up the lane and find a turning to the right marked 'Woolley', you've gone too far.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk up from the bus stop up a steep hill. It's worth it when you get there and see our lovely views!

The alternative is simply to get a cab from the station and ask them to take you to the Larkhall Athletic ground, Plain Ham, on Charlcombe Lane!

By road

Postcode for sat nav is BA1 8DJ. The club is on Charlcombe Lane, a narrow lane at the top of Larkhall village some 2 miles from Bath city centre. NB it's not possible to get anything larger than a minibus into the ground: coaches have to park a couple of hundred yards below the club.
From M4 junction 18. Follow the A46 down as far as you can go till you reach a large roundabout. The A4 into Bath is on the right. Take this exit from the roundabout and cross some traffic lights. About 100 yards on there's a right hand filter/turn off the A4 signposted 'Larkhall village and local shops'. Take that turning, onto Lambridge, and follow that road to a small t-junction (it's not far). Turn right at this junction; if you pass the church you are going the wrong way. Drive straight along past the shops, past the Rose and Crown pub, and just after the Bladud's Head pub there's a sharp left-hand turning called Valley View Road. The Dead Mill is in front of you: don't go past it, turn just before it. Go up the hill - *very carefully as it's extremely narrow* - and the club is near the top of the hill, on the right.

Good luck!
