The awards were as follows:
under-18s player of the year: Dan 'Rodders' Restorick
Reserves: manager's player of the year, Jaiden Savery
Reserves: players' player of the year, Jamie Symonds
First team manager's player of the year, Ollie 'Captain Fantastic' Price
Players' player of the year, Joey Raynes (pictured)
Supporters' player of the year, Jamie Lyons.

Off the pitch, the Stan Ramplin cup went to the Reserves' assistant manager Rob York, and the Arthur Slip cup for 'Clubperson of the year' was awarded to Doreen Gilbert.

Club chairman Paul Rankin paid tribute to everyone's hard work on and off the pitch, in the club's various sections:

"I would like to thank Wayne and his management team for their effort this season and we look forward to next season when we are sure more success can be achieved. Thanks are also due to Griff, Rob and Symmo and Andy Smith for the great job they have done done with the Reserves and the Youth.

I would like to thank the Management committee for their continued effort and commitment including: Jim, Ger, Tom, Garry, Richard, Tracey, Clive, Pete, Martin, Tony Codd, Richard Stone, Mat Headen and Ian Swann.

And particularly Alfie, Gracie, John Puckett, Alan and Tony White who work with Clive on the pitch and around the Club every single day of every single week of the year to ensure the surfaces are the best we can achieve for the teams playing on them.

I would like to thank the supporters of the Club who are so committed every week and also provide the financial support which keep this Club going.

Without all these people we would not be where we are."
