Launceston Rugby Club held their annual dinner-dance at Eagle House in Launceston on Friday 18th of May, which was attended by players from all the senior teams.
Mat Jess who played for Launceston in 2008 era before moving to Exeter and now Newton Abbot was the guest speaker. He urged players, especially the younger ones, to aspire to higher levels and aim for a place in the top teams, both local and national. His suggestion for pre-game warm up was met with supprise and amusement.
Jimmy Tucker, who is dropping out of coaching this year, thanked all at the club for their support over the past couple of years.

Flowers were presented to Di Tharme for her work feeding the teams through the season and Carol Stansfield for her physio work to all teams where required.
Thanks to Bill and Becky Perry, mine hosts at Eagle House, for a good meals and all enjoyed themselves.
