Generous donation to Little Harbour

To all who came to the game last Saturday between a Cornwall Development XV and Launceston Cornish All Blacks - many thanks.

You managed to raise £750 which will go to the CRFU chosen charity of Little Harbour, in St.Austell. This is part of the Childrens Hospice South West organisation which provides care and assistance to children with terminal problems and to their parents in these difficult times.

In addition, LVFS who cover the first aid for home games at Polson, donated their fee for the game to the charity bringing the total to £830.

From the committee, players, members and supporters of Launceston Rugby Club - many thanks for you generosity.

For your information, Little Harbour does arrange visits for parties to see their work. Details on their website. The Little Red Bus organisation in Launceston takes groups down during the year if any one is interested. Again, look on their website. I drove the Red Bus to Little Harbour two or three times and it is well worth a visit to see the fantastic work they do and the care they give to all children and parents.
