Disabled Access: Wheelchair Ballot for Rugby Club Members
1. Main Club Allocation
1. As part of the Club allocation, you can request a wheelchair package which consists of two tickets with parking, offered free of charge by the RFU 2. You would then deduct 2 tickets from any price category (although this is usually the lower price cat) and make a note in the appropriate game that you require wheelchair access and then deduct the cost of the two tickets from the club total 3. Once the Club request has been received in the Ticket Office the package will be booked along with the club’s allocation
If you are not able to allocate out of the club tickets you can advise individual club members to request a ballot form, email disabledaccess@therfu.com
If any of your club members require non-wheelchair easy access seating you can make a note on the allocation form under the appropriate match (to be issued as part of the club allocation) There is a ballot only for wheelchair access as the seating available is restricted to the wheelchair bays (338)
2. RFU Wheelchair Ballot
The RFU conduct a ballot on behalf of the affiliated Rugby Clubs, England Rugby Supporter Club members and associated registered charities, hospitals and homes for all International events held at Twickenham as the bays available To enter the ballot Rugby Club members are required to send in a copy of their membership for the forthcoming season along with a completed ballot form, or a letter from the Club secretary confirming the membership.
