On Behalf of Andy Poole, who will co ordinate the bucket collections of visitors, we ask can you all assist the club on the night in making the effort to be part of the bucket collection team. As a club we do not charge any entrance fee but we encourage a donation to the cost of the fireworks. It is important as we work with local residents association, that key club members, players play their part in covering the costs [£1600+ ] to provide a great night for all and at the same time hopefully to increase funds for the club to keep improving facilities [which hopefully all can see we are achieving].

Can we ask that you round up a number of club members/players etc. to share this event as many others are planning the parking, BBQ etc, and setting up the bonfire .

Please report to Andy Poole at 5:45pm at the club on Sunday 2.11.14, ideally with a florescent jacket and you will be given a task.

Please bring your families to support the great family night.
