Baldwin, who last month won two BAFTA Awards for his BBC Documentary "Marvellous", became a regular attendant and supporter for the ladies team during the 2014/15 season, and also went out for the end-of-season meal with the ladies.

Manager Phil Bruce feels that this appointment can further help to build the ever-growing reputation of the club. He says "Neil has been a great support for the ladies during the last season, especially towards the end when he came to watch our matches and came to The Black Lion for refreshments with the ladies after our matches, and the relationship that has been built between him and the ladies is really good. This appointment, with the backing of the Club Committee, will hopefully show to people both inside and outside of the club that we are a club now constantly moving in the right direction, and I personally wanted to get Neil on board at the club in some capacity, and I feel that this would be a perfect role for him"
