Leek Town’s shareholders held their Annual General Meeting last week and their existing Directors were re-elected en-bloc to serve another term.
However, Chris Hermiston resigned from the Board to concentrate on tending his beloved Harrison Park surface and was made a Life Member of the club in recognition of all the hard work he has put in over many years.
Meanwhile, local accountant Jonathon Eeles was elected to the Board as a Director having previously served on the Board some years ago.
