Blues face a trip to Peterborough based Deeping Rangers with the prospect of £4500 on offer to the winners.
The United Counties League side reached this stage of the competition with a stunning 5-1 demolition of Evo-Stik NPL First Division side New Mills.
In the Preliminary Round they also beat Belper Town and have lost once all season so Neil Baker will be wary of the threat posed by Deeping.
The tie will be played on Saturday 1st October.
