Blues’ Chairman Andy Wain paid a glowing tribute to the players and management staff for their achievements as the season draws to a close.

“On behalf of the directors I would like to congratulate all the players and management after what has been a great season for the club in reaching the Staffs Senior Cup Final and the play-offs.

“Throughout the season the fans have been absolutely magnificent – all we need now is for as many fans as possible to attend the final games of the season to cheer the lads on to even more success,” he added.

As a gesture to their fans, Leek Town has reduced prices of admission for the final home league game next Saturday when Lincoln United are the visitors as follows:

Adults £5; Concessions £3; Children under 10 and Junior members free:

Season ticket holders will be entitled to pie and peas on production of their ticket.
