Witton Albion boss Paul Ogden only signed 20 year old Millar (pictured) from Buxton last month but has agreed to let him come to Harrison Park.
The Stafford born midfielder is a product of the Stoke City academy where he played at various age brackets through to the Under 18 side.
He then moved on to Macclesfield Town making the first of his three first team appearances from the bench in January 2008 and featuring in the Silkmen's reserve and youth teams.
Millar spent three months on loan with Stafford Rangers before linking up with Buxton at the start of last season.
