NEWS FROM THE AGM

The re-elected directors will now meet on Thursday to appoint a new Chairman after current incumbent Andy Wain stepped down from the role.

Wain will remain a director of the club and will also continue as a director of the Northern Premier League Board.

The club have also honoured three of the club’ stalwarts by bestowing Life Membership on them for their outstanding contribution to the club.

The three are ground staff steward John Reeves, football secretary Brian Wain and press officer Mike Cope. The appointments were ratified at the AGM last week.
