It's a tremendous achievement for Phil Gilligan's side who will face Whittington Albion U18 in the final at Brocton FC on Tuesday 28th March, kick-off 7pm.

The Under 18's have had to battle through four rounds to reach the final. Their run started way back in October with a 2-1 victory over Stone Dominoes thanks to goals from Dominic Cooper and Kieran Millward.

The second round was a titantic nine goal epic against Cheadle United. Blues triumphed 5-4. Cooper and Millward (2) were both on the score sheet again along with James Hollins and Adam Stubbs.

The quarter final was a more straightforward 6-1 win over Milton United. Jordan Davies and Liam Davies scored two apiece with Alex Gilligan and Millward scoring the others.

A place in the final was secured with a 3-0 win at Chasetown last month with Stubbs, Hollins and Robert Jones the scorers.

Whittington Albion are from the Tamworth Youth League and are sure to provide tough opposition in the final.
