DO THEY MEAN US? BOOTLE FC
This Saturday (4th November) sees The Blues for the second time in four days heading up the M6. After our hard-fought 3-3 draw at Vauxhall Motors, we go up the motorway a few junctions to take on Bootle FC in the league in a 3pm kick off.
The True Blue Army will assemble at?
Bootle FC play at the Berry Street Garage Stadium. Situated on an industrial park, the ground is tucked away a little and is around 61 miles from Leek by road, but Aintree railway station is close to the ground if you’re letting the train take the strain.
Anyway, here are the directions for those going in the car:
Berry Street Garage Stadium, Vesty Road, Bootle, Merseyside L30 1NY
We will be wearing our Orange away kit #ORANJE
How much to get in?
What are they known as/Nickname(s)?
The Bucks
Their website?
www.bootlefc.com
How are they doing?
The Bucks have won two and lost two of their last four matches, and have been a little inconsistent, which may explain why they currently lie in 10th place. But Bootle will be a stern test on their own patch on Saturday, and The Blues will have to play well to win there - the change in manager has brought a big turnaround in players including Saul Milovanovic who moved from Leek Town several weeks ago.
Their gaffer?
Mick McGraa is The Bucks’ first team manager after joining them from nearby Vauxhall Motors FC in September, he replaced Dave McNabb who opted to join Bury earlier in the season
Their main man?
Chester FC’s Jake Burton is on loan with The Bucks after a spell with Marine, and has already scored three goals for his new club
