Leicester Forest are putting out to tender the catering requirement of the club. The contract will be on the club house premises and are looking for potential bidders to commence operations on the 1st September 2016.
The basis of the tender will be on a rent per week and a percentage of profit. The caterer will be responsible for all costs in connection with running the kitchen.
The kitchen has potential to generate a £50K plus turnover.
The current caterers provide to the club.
• Food for mini and junior participants on a Sunday morning at no charge to the club or participants
• Food for Senior playing teams on a Saturday at cost
• Buffet for supporters at all 1st XV home games at a cost to match existing internal costs
• VPs and Ladies lunches and Dinner Dance catering at their existing cost per head

Offer food to be purchased within the club and as a take away service where reasonably practicable

Can you provide an expression of interest to me the Club Secretary by 1st July, when tender documents should be available for distribution.
Bids will be expected back a further seven days later so an early decision can be made to the successful party.
