In order to raise money for the planned clubhouse development and following approval at the EGM which took place on Thursday 6th March 2014, Leicester Forest RFC are opening up the opportunity for a further 37 loan agreements to be entered into.

Applications opened on the 7th Day of March 2014 and will close on the 14th day of June 2015.

Each application shall be for the amount of £1,350.00

Each Lender may make multiple applications for loan agreements of £1,350.00 each.

Each application will be subject to an administration fee of £25.00

Repayment of the loan will take place on completion of the sale of any part of the land at any time, the Club shall pay to the Lender a sum equivalent to 0.125% of the net proceeds of the sale gained from that part of the land sale.

Loans may be made in full by submitting a cheque for £1375.00 or in instalments by submitting a cheque for £175.00 followed by equal monthly payments adding up to £1200.00 with the final payment due on 1st June 2015.
