LEICESTER RUGBY LEAGUE ARCHIVE

Last night Leicester Phoenix held their 2009 AGM.

Out going Chairman and long time club servant Mark Sloan was thanked for his efforts and hard work over the last few years. "With out Sloan's endeavour and many hours of work the club wouldn't be where it is today and a special thanks must go out to him", quipped Club Secretary James Carter.

Last night also saw the clubs longest servant become the clubs first ever life time member. Howard Ludbrook was awarded this honour after over a decade of loyal service. Howard was also asked to become the clubs honoury president.
