Leicester Storm today announced that the Good Food Guides Midlands best restaurant has signed on as a sponsor for the 2012 season. This multi award winning eatery Entropy will sponsor the 1st Grade Man of the Match Award with a complimentary meal for 2 and a bottle of wine.
Chef-owner Tom Cockerill has an impressive pedigree; he apprenticed at Hambleton Hall with Sean Hope as his sous-chef and perfected his skills in some of the best restaurants around the world including the Fat Duck in Bray, The Vineyard at Stockcross, Le Champignon Sauvage in Cheltenham and recently Per Se and Gordon Ramsay’s in New York.
Storm Chairman Ty Watson a regular at Entropy is obviously delighted with the news - "This is a great sponsorship deal for the club, I am now thinking about making a comeback and winning a few of these meals myself" quipped the likeable Australian. "Seriously though its great that Tom has again agreed to sponsor the man of the match award - it is great bar and restaurant and I am sure through this partnership even more of the Storm faithful will fall in love with the place as well".
