This weekend sees Leigh take to the field for their first competitive game of the new season against Aldwinians in the 1st round of the Lancashire Trophy.

Aldwinians will be keen to reverse last seasons meeting in the Lancs Trophy which Leigh won by 9 points to three in a game that would have not seen a try scored if we were still playing today,

The game kicks off at 3.00pm.

Leigh name a 20 man squad for the visit to Aldwinians in the Lancashire Trophy. The second row sees the return of Ben Sutton after a few season away from the club with Tyldesley and Ruskin Park. The bench includes two of last years colts Dom Yarwood and James Everitt who will make their first team debuts.
