On behalf of Sandbach RUFC I would like to extend my warmest congratulations on reaching the respective finals of your BEST Ltd competitions.
We look forward to welcoming you all next Saturday, but before we can do that there a number of housekeeping tasks we must perform ahead of finals day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
We have broken these down into steps to help the information flow!

Getting to the Club
One of the biggest challenges we will have on the day is the flow of spectators and traffic into the club itself.

Only players and officials will be permitted to enter via the clubhouse gate (the first gate you get to when arriving at Sandbach)

All spectators (except those travelling on coaches) will be asked to enter through our secondary car park, around 200m down the road.

On alighting from the transport players and officials will be asked to produce a ticket (we will distribute 22 of these to each club on receipt of your response to this e-mail) those who cannot produce a ticket WILL be charged £5 entry.

On arrival at the club your designated mentor will meet your players and coaches and escort them to their assigned dressing room. Here they will inform you of which pitch you are assigned to for warm ups etc. They will also take care of valuables etc.

Post Game
After the game has finished presentations will take place outside of the clubhouse under our gazebo. From there the team mentors will distribute beer tokens (which can be exchanged for one drink at the bar) and a meal ticket. It is acceptable if teams wish to purchase 4 pint jugs to exchange 4 tokens per jug.

WE MUST ASK THAT NO ALCOHOL IS BROUGHT ON TO THE PREMISES AS THIS CONTRAVENES LICENSING LAWS. ANY ALCOHOL FOR RETURN TRIPS MUST BE KEPT ON COACHES/IN CARS. BY REPLYING TO THIS E-MAIL YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THIS REQUEST

Meals will be served in our clubhouse after each game.
We encourage your players and supporters to remain at the club and support the rest of the finals going on through the day.
