i thought mossley over ran us in midfield today, they killed us with fast moving football, oh and the rf came with them for sure!!!!!then enter the second half,,we scored early,,great touch and bring down, and the strike was superb...then we pressured , and started to show, but we need two strikers closer,,,,ready to gamble and pic up the pieces,,we didnt have that,we need strikers to hold the ball up and bring midfield into play, them make thier runs!!, anyway i thought the back four were strong today,,,young webby was outstanding today,ruddy was on his game,very strong when he needed to be, covererd alot af ground, the two of them..the other lads were strong also,,,,but when the third went in, i would have taken smithy off, put ferry at center back,,and pushed ruddy up front with nathan!!!!and bought kelly on in centre mid....only my opinion,smithy looked like he was struggling a bit...???? |

I think that's just Smithy in general!! Thought Mossley were one of the best footballing sides we've faced this season to be honest so to pretty much dominate like we did in the second half takes some doing. Just wish we'd put our chances away when we can though; when was the last time we scored a tap in?! |

well after missing the last few games, i will be back to see us play our final home game, lets have a good sing song and get behind the lads, last tap in i saw was probs the goal against chester at crilly when keeper spilled it and we had an open net |

i agree they were good to watch at times,very god in fact,,mossley!!!,,but to be fair when u have some1 like smithy up front u need someone close to him to either gamble he will win the flick on , or to pic up the pieces when he cant hold it up,,,,,,,,,come on guys,,basics,,to be fair smithy worked his arse off for he cauce but when he did get 1 / 2 flick ons who was anywhere near no one,,,,,not good enough,,,a few to many big egos and glory hunters who really arnt good enough even at this level,,,,but want to try and improve thier own cv at the cost of the team , i beg any one to differ,,,,,oohh and i welcome ur replys to that because all at the game can see it!!!!! for example why try and shoot from a ridiculas angle when u can pass and move,,,,,,,????? why turn in to trouble and try and shoot when u have had a call and can keep the ball by making a basic pass, then moving etc,etc,,,you at the games know what i am saying,its ridiculous at times,,,,oh and well in walshy ,doing a good job... |
