Thanks to Corrillian plc, one of the lead contractors on the link road, we have just received a donation of 50 tonnes of materials, enough to hopefully surface the remaining drive to the point it reaches the car park.

With the successful completion of the construction the new dual carriageway running east from the A5 north of Dunstable to join the M1 at a new junction 11a south of Chalton drawing to a close we have received a very welcome donation of materials to help surface our drive.

As regular visitors to the ground will have experienced the top third of our drive recently received a makeover. Unfortunately its a very expensive exercise and therefore we continue to progress improvements to the drive in sections as and when our budget dictates.

'its a massive step forward in funding the next stage of driveway improvements and hopefully, with access improved to the ground both the ground and tea bar it will be even busier. Every penny from our tea bar goes back into the club, some of which will help us save for the equipment needed to lay the next surface repair'
